This beginner-friendly practice combines elements of ballet, jazz, and modern dance, with a strong focus on breath, alignment and intuition.

The practice begins on the mat with a flowing yoga warm up, sharpening focus by connecting breath and movement. Practitioners then explore the six spine movements, isolations, pliés, tendus, jumps and a breath dance, with traditional Yoga asanas and conscious breathing woven throughout.
